Appendix A: Tables and figures

In this section we show all the spectra of the hydrogenated (Figs. A.1A.8) and deuterated (Figs. A.9A.12) species toward the IF and MP2 positions. The tables of the parameters (Table A.1), the tables of the Gaussian fits (Tables A.2 –A.4), and the molecular abundances of HCN, HCO+, and C2 relative to H2 predicted by models A to D (Fig. A.13).
