Dissociates for rotational levels with J> 26, (Brzozowski et al. 1976; Luque & Crosley 2000) but this requires higher temperatures than are relevant here.
This fraction is actually an upper limit (Brzozowski et al. 1974, 1976).
No measurements exist but it is reasonable to expect these levels to dissociate completely because of the large dissociation fraction of the lower-energy level B(9).
Do not appear in emission (Brzozowski et al. 1976).
