2D SFR from the bulge to the outskirts of the MW (assumed in this paper to be 15 kpc). Here we report six snapshots at different time steps during the MW evolution: T₁=0.066 Gyr (the peak of the bulge SFR), T₂=2.25 Gyr (the peak of the disc SFR), T₃=3.2 Gyr (right after the onset of the spiral arms), two recent times, T₄=13.5 Gyr and T₅=13.6 Gyr, and the present day time, assumed to be T₆=13.7 Gyr. The position of the sun is represented by the white-edge star.
