We list the model type (column 1), the BH mass (column 2), the dynamically determined mass-to-light ratio (column 3), the logarithm of the DM density at 10 kpc (column 4), the inner slope of the DM density profile (column 5, bound to be larger or equal to 0), and the radius of the BH sphere of influence (column 6).
