Notes. Parameters include the survey degradation factor β, telescope gain G, sampling time tsamp, receiver temperature Trec, central frequency νc, bandwidth BW, channel bandwidth BWch, number of polarisations npol, field-of-view FoV, minimum signal-to-noise ratio S/N, and then the minimum to maximum right ascension α, declination δ, Galactic longitude l, and Galactic latitude b. While the majority of parameter are drawn from the references given below the table, a number of parameters have been calculated as an average between given values, estimated or acquired through private communication. These are denoted in grey.
