Notes. GMC positions taken from Harada et al. (2024) except for GMCs 3, 4, and 10, which were obtained using CPROPS (Rosolowsky & Leroy 2006) on ALCHEMI data at 1$\stackrel{″}{.}$6 angular resolution. The local standard of rest (LSR) velocities were obtained by fitting a local thermodynamic equilibrium model (LTE) to the ALCHEMI spectra and averaging between the A– and E–CH₃OH symmetry species (see Humire et al. (2022) for further information). The ALCHEMI spectral resolution of ∼8–9 km s⁻¹ (see Subsect. 2.4) dominates the velocity uncertainty.
