Luminosity fractions of hot stars with cold origins at different radius. We show hereby R₂₅<r<R_e (x-axis) vs. r<R₂₅ (y-axis), for the massive galaxies (stellar mass M_* ≥ 10^10.5 M_⊙) with quiescent histories (merger ratio of <1:10). The sample is same as Fig. 14. Secular heating exerts a similar effect on orbits for R₂₅<r<R_e and r<R₂₅, indicating that spurious heating does not play a major role.
