Notes. The best-fit spectral parameters of the persistent emission as recorded prior to the burst. The fit was performed between 0.3 and 10 keV. The integration time of the spectrum was 200 seconds, with the exception of observations 2 and 11, for which only ∼120 seconds were available prior to the burst. The spectra were grouped by three consecutive channels. For the C-STAT, the deviation of the best fit compared to the expected value expressed in σ and the number of degrees of freedom are given within the parentheses. The bolometric luminosity was computed to be between 0.2 and 20 keV, assuming a distance of 8 kpc (Baumgardt & Vasiliev 2021), and it is expressed in units of 1037 erg s−1. The normalisation parameter of the diskbb component is expressed in 103 unit. The errors on the best-fit parameters are given at the 90% confidence levels. The error on the luminosity was derived from the standard deviation of fluxes computed from the multi-variate Gaussian distribution of the best-fit parameters, from which 40 parameter values were randomly drawn (using simpar command in XSPEC).
Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.
Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
