Notes. Minimum and maximum radii (r_in and r_out, respectively) defining the jet head at three different times (t₁, t₂, t₃; see Sect. 2.3), based on a selection threshold of 10, 15, or 20% of the maximum dE/dt (see Sect. 2.3 for details). Radii are given in units of 10⁶ km.
