Characteristics of error ellipses in VIE2023-VG CRF. The panels on the left depict the ratio of semi-major to semi-minor axes for all sources. In the panels on the right the direction of the semi-major axes is shown, counting counterclockwise from the east. The lower panels show the error ellipse characteristics with respect to declination of the sources with a color-coded number of observations.
