Three color composite image of the LMC combining 3.6 (blue), 4.5 (green), and 5.8 µm (red Meixner et al. 2006) images to highlight the position of the stellar bar. The dashed ellipse marks the bar region. The 20 ALMA fields from the current study are overlaid with white circles 15 times larger than the field of view of our ALMA observations. The fields accommodating hot cores are highlighted in yellow, including the YSO ST16 and N105 star-forming region. The field marked with a star shows the position of the new hot core detected in our survey. The location of the hot cores in N105 (Sewiło et al. 2022) and N113 (Sewiło et al. 2018) are marked with yellow rectangles. The hot cores ST11 (Shimonishi et al. 2016b) and ST16 (Shimonishi et al. 2020) are shown with yellow plus signs. The hot core ST11 with no COMs is the only hot core detected out of the LMC bar.
