Reconstruction of the JWST NIRCam observation of SPT0418-47 in the F356W filter. Top panels: source reconstruction and its relative uncertainty (left to right). Both these quantities are obtained by sampling the approximating posterior. We depict the caustics with solid lines. The remaining two panels show the data used for the reconstruction, which are the outputs of the second JWST pipeline step. Middle panels: lensed light distribution resolved on the finer pixel grid (we include the critical lines as solid lines), followed by the lens light which is also displayed on the finer pixel grid. The last two middle panels show the sum of the lens light and the lensed source light convolved by the PSF and integrated onto the data resolution. Bottom panels: reconstructed convergence profile, next to its relative uncertainty. The last two bottom panels depict the residuals between the data and the lens plane flux reconstruction, where the white boxes depict the masks used for flux which is unassociated with the lensed light.
