For IRS 48 the contours indicate the 25σ, 75σ, and 150σ levels, while for HD 142527 the 50σ, 150σ and 300σ levels are shown. The IRS 48 continuum emission peaks at ~175 au, whereas the HD 142527 continuum emission peaks at ~60 au. The location of the host star is given by the black star and the resolving beams for the two images are shown in the lower left in their respective colours.
