Total X-ray emission from the eFEDS field as observed by eROSITA. The spectra contain emission from all point-like and extended sources, diffuse emission from the sky, and instrumental background. Black, red, green, blue, and cyan data indicate the spectra observed with the TM1, TM2, TM3, TM4, and TM6 cameras aboard eROSITA, respectively. The solid lines show a model aiming to reproduce the integrated emission from the sky (point-like and extended sources plus diffuse emission), while the dotted lines show the model for the instrumental background derived from the filter wheel closed data (Fraternali 2017).
