SFRnorm vs. X-ray luminosity. Results are grouped into LX and stellar mass bins of 0.5 dex width. As there is no evolution of the SFRnorm–LX relation with redshift (Fig. 7), measurements are taken at all redshifts spanned by our sample (0 < z < 2.5). The SFRnorm–LX relation appears flat at LX, 2 − 10 keV < 1044 erg s−1. However, at LX, 2 − 10 keV > 1044 erg s−1, SFRnorm, increases with LX.
