Notes. Enhancements of greater than 0.3 dex (ϵN ≥ 6.8 dex), 0.6 dex (ϵN ≥ 7.1 dex) and 0.9 dex (ϵN ≥ 7.4 dex) are considered. Initial masses (Mi) are in units of the solar mass, M. The values characterised as “Adopted” were used in the simulations discussed in Sect. 6.3.
