AMBER/VLTI observations of the B[e] star MWC 300

The authors present the first VLTI/AMBER observations of the enigmatic B[e] star MWC 300. They find that MWC300 consists of a resolved disk and a binary. A model including these components is able to simultaneously reproduce the wavelength dependence of the visibilities and the closure phase, as well as the SED. The increasing number of detected binaries in B[e] stars suggests that the binarity may play an important role in the B[e] phenomenon.
