Notes. For each of the transitions studied in this work, here we quote the SOFIA observing cycle, the UT date of the observation and the instrument configuration. Rest frequencies (in parenthesis, the sideband used for the LO tuning), upper level energies above ground and characteristic critical densities are adopted and calculated from the Leiden Atomic and Molecular Database, LAMDA (Schöier et al. 2005). During observing cycle 1 single-pixel GREAT channels were operated (Heyminck et al. 2012); since cycle 4, the dual-color upGREAT array spectrometers were operated, which made it possible to record up to three different frequencies simultaneously (for details, see Risacher et al. 2016b, Risacher et al. 2016a, and Risacher et al. 2018). In 2021 the multi-color 4GREAT was added to the suite of GREAT flight configurations (Duran et al. 2021). Half-power beam width are quoted from these publications.
