Disk fraction for the TNG simulation measured with three different threshold criteria, λ / ɛ = 0.31 , 0.71 $ \lambda /\sqrt {\varepsilon } = 0.31, 0.71 $, and 0.8 in red, green, and blue, respectively. As we move toward higher stellar masses, the fraction of disks decreases smoothly, with a significant decrease at log10M≥11[M], reaching values of ∼0 for log10M≥12[M] regardless of the selected criterion. The results for λ / ɛ = 0.71 $ \lambda /\sqrt {\varepsilon } = 0.71 $ and 0.81 show little disagreement.
