For b4 we indicate as a dashed line a prediction that follows from combining the Lazeyras et al. (2016) measurements of b1, b2 and b3 with Equation (30) when using β4 = 0. Strikingly, β3 and β4 are extremely close to 0 – independently of the value of b1.
