D_min and D_max are the minimum and the maximum published value, respectively, and $\bar{D}$ $\[\overline{\mathrm{D}}\]$ is the error-weighted mean diameter from all the literature values computed as follows: $\bar{D} = \sum (\frac{D_{i}}{σ_{i}^{2}}) / \sum (\frac{1}{σ_{i}^{2}})$ $\[\overline{\mathrm{D}}=\sum\left(\frac{D_{i}}{\sigma_{i}^{2}}\right) / \sum\left(\frac{1}{\sigma_{i}^{2}}\right)\]$ . The uncertainties were evaluated with: $σ_{\bar{D}} = \sqrt{1 / \sum (\frac{1}{σ_{i}^{2}})}$ $\[\sigma_{\overline{\mathrm{D}}}=\sqrt{1 / \sum\left(\frac{1}{\sigma_{i}^{2}}\right)}\]$ .
