Fits to model parameters for dwarf galaxies. A multivariate Gaussian fit (blue dots) was applied to the dwarf sample from the visual catalogue (red dots), ensuring the five defining parameters per galaxy – Sérsic index n, surface brightness I_e at the effective radius R_e, ellipticity e, and position angle PA, indicated in the green box – are weighted proportionally to their occurrence in the real data. The total magnitude I_E, dependent on Sérsic index, I_e, and R_e, is not used in the simulation.
