Region of 26′ × 15′ around the centre of the Perseus cluster of galaxies. The figure is a composite of an RGB image using the IE, IE, and HE bands, respectively, and a combined IE + JE + HE image used for the inverted black and white background. North is up, east is left. The brightest two galaxies in this image are the BCG, NGC 1275, to the left, and NGC 1272 to the right.
