Soft (Hard) rms corresponds to the root square of the normalization of the Lorentzian in the 0.3−2 keV (2−12 keV) energy band. CS rms is the fractional covariance rms amplitude of the Lorentzian, and Δϕ is the phase-lag of the Lorentzian.
