X-ray photon counts from S4 0954+65 as detected by IXPE plotted against time (MJD). IXPE observed the source from MJD 60089 until 60098. The X-ray flux experiences several minor flares and a major one. In this paper, we focus on the major flare which occurs approximately from MJD 60094 to 60096 (peaking at MJD 60095, 2023 May 31).
