Monte Carlo investigation of the spread in the planetary density and the envelope mass fraction of planet b resulting from the uncertainties on the stellar age, the planetary mass and radius, and the composition of the core under the assumption of enhanced metallicity of the planetary envelope. The three combinations of symbols and colors identify the three compositions and mass-radius relationships explored for the core, while the horizontal dashed line marks the retrieved bulk density of planet b (without uncertainties for better clarity).
