Reconstructed images (left) and absolute error images (right) for our multi-step method (ℓ = 35, δ = 5) using five low-resolution major cycles and five full-resolution major cycles, a single-step all-baselines reconstruction method using ten major cycles, and multi-scale CLEAN using ten major cycles. The corresponding images share scales. Overall, the different methods reconstruct images of comparable peak S/Ns, with multi-scale CLEAN performing better with the larger scales, and the other two methods performing better with the smaller.
