Table 1.

Model parameters for BBH systems co-rotating in elliptical orbits surrounded by a circumbinary BLR.

Parameters Values
M•• 109M
Torb 2 yr
qM 0.1, 0.5
qL 1:0, 1:1
e 0 (circular orbit), 0.5
ω 0°, 90°, 180°, 270°
ϕ 0, π/3, 2π/3, π, 4π/3, 5π/3
iobs 30°, 60°
θo 45°

Notes. Rows from top to bottom list the total mass of the BBH system (M••), orbital period of the co-rotating BHs (Torb), mass ratio qM and luminosity ratio qL of the two active BHs, eccentricity (e) of the BBH orbit, the argument of periapsis (ω), the true anomaly of the secondary BH in one period (ϕ), viewing angle iobs (0° means face-on), and half opening angle of the BLR (θo). The total bolometric luminosity of the BBH system is assumed to be L bol = 0.1 L Edd = 1.26 × 10 37 M / M $ L_{\mathrm{bol}} = 0.1 L_{\mathrm{Edd}}^{\bullet\bullet}=1.26\times 10^{37} M_{\bullet\bullet}/M_{\odot} $ erg s−1.
