Same details as in Fig. B.1, but for EPIC 223207465 (HD 161610), which is classified as a B5II star in the Simbad database. The K2 light curve in the upper panel exhibits a periodicity of approximately 3.5 d, probably due to a rotation modulation effect. Indeed, the frequency spectrum in the middle panel shows a prominent peak at frequency 0.28 day−1, corresponding to this period, in addition to many low-frequency periodicities, consistent with the SLF phenomenon, as noted by Bowman et al. (2019b). Lower panel: Star’s blue spectrum, which confirms a B5II-III classification (see text).
