There were some errors, which do not affect the results that were presented, in the expressions for the viscosity and thermal conductivity coefficients and cross sections. The correct ones, that is to say those used in the code in all of the simulations, are as follows:

ξ n = k B T n π m H 2 Σ nn and ξ c = k B T c π m H 2 Σ ii , $$ \begin{aligned} \xi _{\rm n} = \frac{ \sqrt{k_{\rm B} T_{\rm n} \pi m_{\rm H}}}{2 \Sigma _{\rm nn} } \text{ and} \xi _{\rm c} = \frac{\sqrt{k_{\rm B} T_{\rm c} \pi m_{\rm H}}}{2 \Sigma _{\rm ii}}, \end{aligned} $$(1)

K n = 2 k B π k B T n m H Σ nn · $$ \begin{aligned} K_{\rm n} = \frac{2 k_{\rm B} \sqrt{\frac{\pi k_{\rm B} T_{\rm n}}{m_{\rm H}}}}{\Sigma _{\rm nn}}\cdot \end{aligned} $$(2)

The collisional cross sections used in Eqs. (1) and (2) are

Σ nn = 7.73 × 10 19 m 2 and Σ ii = 20 π 2 3 ( e 2 4 π ϵ 0 k B T c ) 2 m 2 . $$ \begin{aligned} \Sigma _{\rm nn}=7.73 \times 10^{-19} \mathrm{m}^2 \;\text{ and}\; \Sigma _{\rm ii}=\frac{20\pi \sqrt{2}}{3} \left( \frac{e^2}{4 \pi \epsilon _0 k_{\rm B} T_{\rm c}} \right)^2 \mathrm{m}^2. \end{aligned} $$(3)

The incorrect expressions appear in the following:
