Same as the middle and right panels of Fig. 17, but this time showing both cones superimposed in a single panel. The left panel illustrates a geometry that allows blueshifts to the north and redshifts to the south, as seen in the left panel of Fig. 17. The axes of the cones in this case project to PA 10°, roughly perpendicular to the jet axis. The right panel illustrates the case in which the cone axis is aligned with the jet axis, i.e., at PA −72°.
