Notes. GRB name, declination δ, right ascension α, starting flare time tg, flare duration Δtg, maximum-likelihood , pretrial p value ploc, and 90% confidence-level upper-limit fluence normalization as defined in Eq. (37). Only GRBs with a positive TS are shown. A total of 200 GRBs (117 north, 83 south) with flares are analyzed, but only over-fluctuating cases are shown in the table.
