Degree of linear polarization of scattered light for the debris disk HD 114082 calculated along the disk major axis. The black line shows a mean value of the west and east disk sides. The radial dependence of the PF is significantly moderated by the difference in scattering angles, such as in Fig. 8 due to the LOS and aperture size effects.
