ETG galaxy fractions as a function of environment. Details are the same as in Fig. 6, excluding the cluster CARLAJ0800+4029, which shows an high percentage of mergers in its densest regions. We observe a significant morphology-density relation up to z ∼ 2. The ETG fractions drop in the last bin, which is observed in the entire sample (see Fig. 6), is mitigated. This means that the mergers in the high density regions in CARLAJ0800+4029 were dominating the ETG fraction drop observed when including this cluster in the analysis.
