Equation (1) in the original paper contained a typographical error and must be replaced by the following (which we slightly reformulated for clarity):

The plot in Fig. 4 of the original paper is nevertheless correct: it corresponds to the above formula and not to the one reported in the original paper, which had a wrong coefficient in the first line.
