Table 4.

Values of the FoM for samples defined in Sect. 4.3 with different photo-z accuracy and sample size (same cases as in Fig. 9).

GCph

mVIS Shallow depth inho. Shallow depth Mid depth Euclid Mid depth Fiducial Optimistic
25 0.57 0.82 0.84 0.93 0.96 0.98
24.5 0.67 0.90 0.91 0.98 1.00 1.02

23 0.39 0.48 0.50 0.52 0.51 0.51

GCph and GGL

25 0.85 1.24 1.29 1.37 1.24 1.30
24.5 0.75 0.98 1.01 1.01 1.00 0.98
24 0.46 0.53 0.55 0.54 0.52 0.54
23.5 0.27 0.30 0.30 0.29 0.28 0.30
23 0.17 0.17 0.18 0.20 0.17 0.18

Notes. The results are normalized to the FoM of the fiducial sample with mVIS < 24.5. For reference, the unnormalized value of our fiducial sample is 713 for GCph and 411 for GCph + GGL. Galaxy bias and intrinsic alignments nuisance parameters are free in the latter, which provides a lower FoM than in GCph alone.

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
