SFR ratio, defined as in Fig. 7, estimated with LSST data alone (red) and LSST plus simulated GALEX observations (GALEXtrue, in blue). Differently from the result shown in Fig. 9, in this case we are able to correct the overestimation, underlining the effect that high-quality UV observations would have on the SFR estimate, when available for the entire sample.
