Spectrum of HD 3191 obtained from OUJA on 2019 December 16 and clearly showing the detection of the He II emission line, whose 4686 Å wavelength is marked by the pointed vertical line. The dashed spectrum is shown for comparison purposes and corresponds to the Be black hole system MWC 656. It was observed with the same instrumental setup on 2019 November 18. Balmer lines in the spectral region are also indicated.
