The ephemerides used in calculating C are DE438/NEP081xl for Triton and Nereid, DE438/NEP090 for inner satellites (obsTrg = 805–808, i.e., Despina, Galatea, Larissa, and Proteus), and DE438/NEP086 for outer satellites (obsTrg = 809–813, i.e., Halimede, Psamathe, Sao, Laomedeia, and Neso). Our new observed coordinates derived in Sect. 2 are marked by red dots (db = OCNS).
