On average, there are 21 ground-truth multi-streaks per bin. The completeness shown is defined as the number of true-positive linked multi-streaks divided by the number of ground-truth multi-streaks consisting of at least two linked streaks. In other words, ground-truth streaks appearing in only one dither are ignored. If they were included, all the completeness values shown would be approximately 9% lower.
