Notes. The values of λ4, λ6, and 
are fixed by the nuclear ground state properties, 
by the symmetry energy, and gq is fixed by the vacuum quark mass (see the text). The remaining parameters, κb, λb, and b0 are fixed following Marczenko & Sasaki (2018).
