Notes. Priors are Gaussian (μ ± σ). Parameters are determined from the simulations of van den Busch et al. (2020) as described in W20, except that we double the simulation bias standard deviations when constructing our priors. For samples where we want to replicate previous analyses, we implement the prior from H20 (‘All δz = 0’).
