Comparison of IPDs for solid-density Si plasmas predicted by our model with the experimental results (Expt) (Ciricosta et al. 2016). Theoretical results from the analytical models of Ecker & Kröll (EK) (Ecker & Kröll 1963), the ion-sphere model (IS) (Rozsnyai 1972), and Stewart & Pyatt (SP) (Stewart & Pyatt 1966) are given as well in order to evaluate their validity. The electron temperatures and densities are taken from a simulation (Ciricosta et al. 2016).
