NGC 4013 total intensity image of combined (B-, C- and D-configuration) VLA L-band data at 1.6 GHz. Contours start at the 3σ level with a σ of 16.7 μJy beam−1 and increase in powers of 2 (up to 128). The beam size is 5.9 × 6.0″ and is shown in the bottom left corner of the image. A tapering of 18 kλ was used, while the robust parameter was set to zero.
