Notes. We list all components entering (Eq. (10)): the uncertainties due to shear calibration, and from ⟨Dds/Ds⟩, the projectional uncertainty due to cluster triaxiality, and from the projection of unrelated LSS. All errors are given in units of 1014   M; the numbers in parentheses present the relative uncertainties. The relative statistical uncertainties are relatively independent of the choice of the concentration parameter.
