Mi: initial mass, vinit/vK: initial rotational velocity at the equatorial surface in units of the Keplerian value, vinit/vcrit: initial rotational velocity at the equatorial surface in units of the critical velocity (Eq. (2)), vinit: initial rotational velocity in units of km   s-1, Jinit: initial total angular momentum. The corresponding values on the ZAMS are indicated by the subscript “ZAMS”. In the last column, the different modes of evolution are indicated by NE (normal evolution), TE (transitionary evolution) and CHE (chemically homogeneous evolution), as defined in Sect. 3.
