Histogram comparing the distributions of γ-ray-to-radio luminosity ratios for BL Lacs and QSOs. We use γ-ray luminosities derived from the Fermi-LAT photon fluxes given in the first Fermi-LAT source catalog (Abdo et al. 2010a) and radio luminosities at 5 GHz derived from single-dish energy fluxes from Taylor et al. (1996).
