This is an erratum for Widmark (2019), with two corrections to the text in the article.
Firstly, in the bottom row and second column of Table 3 of the article, there is a numerical range that reads 6.3–6.3, which should instead read 6.0–6.3.
Secondly, the matrix elements of Eq. (21) all contain a factor of kμ/ϖ. These factors should really be squared, such that the equation reads
These corrections apply only to the text in the article. In the analysis, the correct numbers and expressions are used, so the results of Widmark (2019) are not affected.
