Appendix A: DSS/XDSS images

The images have been taken from CADC Sky Survey, with a field of view adequate to the angular dimension of each target. The same applies to the image band.

thumbnail Fig. A.1

CADC images of the targets. Clusters are shown from left to right. First row: IC 1434 (B, 15′ × 15′), Mayer 1 (B, 20′ × 20′), Herschel 1 (B, 20′ × 20′); second row: Ru 30 (B, 10′ × 10′), Muzzio 1 (R, 15′ × 15′), Pismis 12 (B, 10′ × 10′); third row: NGC 3519 (B, 10′ × 10′), Juchert 10 (I, 10′ × 10′), Ru 140 (I, 10′ × 10′); fourth row: Ru 146 (B, 10′ × 10′), Ru 130 (R, 6′ × 6′), and Ru 129 (R, 10′ × 10′).
