Table 1.

Main parameters of our kinematic model, together with their adopted priors or fixed values.

Parameter Prior/Value
Sérsic index n 𝒰[0.5,4.0]
Effective radius Re [kpc] 𝒰[0.3,30]
Scale height h z / 2 ln ( 2 ) Mathematical equation: $ h_z / \sqrt{2\ln(2)} $ 0.13 × Re
Inclination i [deg] 𝒩tr(itrue,5,±15)
Asymptotic velocity vmax [km/s] 𝒰[10,500]
Turnover radius rt [kpc] 𝒰[0.01,3]
Velocity dispersion floor σ0 [km/s] 𝒰[0,100]
Doublet ratio r[OII] 𝒰[0.35,1.5]

Notes. Other parameters (position, flux and PA) are assigned broad uniform priors, following the default settings in GalPaK3D. A truncated Gaussian prior is denoted as 𝒩tr(x, y, z), with centre x, parent standard deviation y, and truncation bounds z. A uniform prior over the interval [x,y] is written as 𝒰[x,y].

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.

Initial download of the metrics may take a while.
